Focals
Focal necklaces have a main point of interest at the front, but not hanging like a pendant. The focal bead is strung, with or without more special beads, on the same plane as the main stringing.
Focals may be gemstones, lampworked glass, carved glass, dichroic glass, bone, or freshwater pearl.
